We are a company based in Farsley, Leeds. We have been established for nearly four years and prior to this i trained and worked with my father who ran his own plumbing and heating company.
Our work, business and reputation are incredibly important to us. We are always very careful to provide customers with the correct choice of appliance which best suits their needs.
Customers are provided with a typed quotation which provides an accurate and full description of works to be carried out and of the costs involved. We will advise customers of their options at this point and explain in full the differences involved.
All works are carried out in compliance with Gas Safe regulations and in accordance with Manufacturers instructions and to current Industry Standards.
We carry out all our works in a conscientious and professional manner. We will leave your property in the condition we found it in and tidy up thoroughly at the end of the day and, upon completion of the job.
Modern and new heating technologies have been recognised by us and we have invested heavily to ensure we can design, supply and install Air/Ground Source heat pumps to Standards set out by the Department of Environment and Climate Change.
In some circumstances, where specialist parts are needed we need to charge the customer for these before commencement of works. This is due to the nature of suppliers where goods are non-returnable and of high value. Please ask us if you need further explanation.
We are fully insured. This extends to protect the customer with regard to workmanship and the purchase of goods.
